Kap2ure Film Studios opened its first location at Crown Industrial Park in the Highlandtown’s Arts District in 2021. The following year, their dedication and hard work was recognized by receiving the Maryland Project Restore grant, enabling them to secure a second location at the once abandoned Baltimore Pumphouse in East Baltimore. Working with giants like Amazon, Netflix, and HBO, Kap2ure Studios is on track to becoming a leading name in Baltimore’s film production industry. Pumphouse has now officially closed and is not available to rent.

From a Photographer to a Production House
We started out as Baltimore photographers. We offered photography services for many years, grew the business, purchased our own equipment, got started in video, hosted events for the community, became a renowned professional, met so many amazing people, created curated spaces that bring plenty of people together and now we share it with you. We’re more than a photo studio, we’re passionate about creating visuals that transcend and we’re happy to have shared our photo studios with so many great brands and businesses along the way.
